I’m Claire, the proud founder of Max 25, and I’m thrilled to invite you on our journey of renewal, community, and wagging tails. Bear with me, this is about estate agency, I promise. This is the story which led me to Max 25.
After over a decade in the estate, lettings and franchising industry, life led me to a crossroads. I needed a moment to reflect, heal, and rediscover my passion amidst life’s curveballs. I took a little time out with my family, did a lot of sea swimming and gardening, started a new business all about dogs and continued being a trustee for The GAP Project. With unconditional love, gratitude and friendship, my dogs were also what helped pick me up.
In 2023. along came Max the dog, a lovable bundle of joy from Romania. His boundless enthusiasm and unwavering affection sparked something within me.. I soon became what is known as a ‘failed fosterer’ and Max became part of our family. I also started to feel a passion for helping people find their homes again too, and a pull back to estate agency began.
With the first tendrils of my imagination on starting again and building another estate agency from scratch, I found so much support around me. Could I really do this again? I had learnt so much from last time, and still had that passion and enthusiasm that I had all those years ago.
My mission was simple, to provide a personal bespoke service, using expertise and reliability to give customers the best possible service levels, whilst supporting and giving back to our community.
